What WIRM is all about:
I founded Women in Retail Media (WIRM) because I was searching for a community like it.
Throughout my retail media journey, I’ve been lucky to meet some incredible women and allies. But like many of us, I still have big aspirations to grow further—and I know I’m not alone.
With the support of our brilliant ambassadors, WIRM is focused on three key areas to empower women in retail media: Networking, Speaking and Careers. All of this is rooted in our unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion.
If we can champion these areas for women across the UK, we are unstoppable. Together, we can reshape the future of retail media.
We have ambassadors and members across the different retail media industries including; FMCG, hospitality, tech, fashion and more, to build a total view for Women in Retail Media. Driving opportunities, visability and drive diversity and inclusion across the total industry.
